Product Lead – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Transform business challenges into prioritized, testable product initiatives

• Oversee the entire process from discovery to release

• Make informed decisions and address data and scope inquiries

• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the delivery process

• Convert business issues into product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes

• Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring dependencies are handled and work is delivery-ready

• Establish acceptance criteria and a clear definition of done

• Develop product roadmaps, release schedules, and phased delivery strategies

• Identify data gaps, missing fields, dynamic data, and necessary decisions

• Offer actionable UX feedback on designs and functional software

• Balance customer value, user experience, engineering effort, risk, and delivery timelines

• Organize and lead user acceptance testing, defect triage, and business approvals

• Plan product rollouts, migrations, and release communications

• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and guide prioritization using data

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in digital products and technical delivery

• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes

• Strong ownership of the backlog, including prioritization, dependency management, and maintaining delivery-ready work

• Skill in writing clear acceptance criteria and establishing a practical definition of done

• Experience in creating product roadmaps, release plans, and phased delivery strategies

• Proficiency in understanding data models, REST API specifications, and system workflows to identify gaps and assumptions

• Ownership of unresolved data questions, including dynamic data, missing fields, and necessary decisions

• Excellent UX judgment with the ability to provide precise, actionable feedback on designs and working software

• Capability to balance customer value, user experience, engineering effort, risk, and delivery timelines

• Strong experience in stakeholder management across business, sales, support, engineering, design, and external partners

• Experience in planning and leading user acceptance testing, managing defect triage, and securing business sign-off

• Background in planning product rollouts, migrations, and release communications

• Ability to define success measures, track adoption, and utilize evidence to inform prioritization

• Strong facilitation, decision-making, and written communication skills

• Proven ability to quickly learn technical and industry domains

• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing or prototyping tools

• Experience managing technically complex, data-intensive, or graphics-heavy products

• Familiarity with mapping, geospatial, 3D, visualization, or product-configuration solutions

• Understanding of front-end architecture, API integration, and software delivery processes

• Experience with analytics platforms and product-adoption dashboards

• Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven discovery

• Experience collaborating with external API providers, technology partners, or enterprise clients

• Awareness of accessibility, privacy, security, and relevant regulatory requirements

• Experience conducting interviews, workshops, prototype reviews, and usability testing

• Experience coordinating Agile delivery across multiple teams

• Experience supporting go-to-market planning, customer onboarding, or product enablement
