Product Lead, Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

• Organize and conduct user acceptance testing, defect triage, and obtain business approval.

• Strategize product launches, migrations, and communication regarding releases.

• Define success metrics, monitor adoption rates, and guide prioritization based on evidence.

• Facilitate Agile delivery across various teams and assist with go-to-market strategies, customer onboarding, and product enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in digital products and technical delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into clear product specifications, user stories, and measurable outcomes.

• Strong ownership of the backlog, including prioritization, dependency management, and ensuring delivery-ready work.

• Proficient in writing clear acceptance criteria and establishing a practical definition of completion.

• Experience in creating product roadmaps, release schedules, and phased delivery plans.

• Capability to comprehend data models, REST API specifications, and system workflows to identify gaps and assumptions.

• Responsible for managing open data inquiries, including identifying dynamic data, absent fields, and necessary decisions.

• Strong UX judgment with the ability to provide precise, actionable feedback on designs and functional software.

• Proficient in balancing customer value, user experience, engineering efforts, risk, and delivery schedules.

• Extensive stakeholder management experience across business, sales, support, engineering, design, and external partners.

• Experience in planning and directing user acceptance testing, managing defect triage, and securing business approval.

• Proficient in planning product launches, migrations, and communication regarding releases.

• Ability to define success metrics, monitor adoption, and utilize evidence for prioritization.

• Excellent facilitation, decision-making, and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to rapidly learn technical and industry domains.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing or prototyping tools.

• Experience managing technically complex, data-heavy, or graphics-intensive products.

• Familiarity with mapping, geospatial, 3D, visualization, or product-configuration solutions.

• Acquainted with front-end architecture, API integration, and software delivery processes.

• Experience with analytics platforms and product adoption dashboards.

• Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven discovery methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with external API providers, technology partners, or enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, security, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Experienced in conducting interviews, workshops, prototype reviews, and usability testing.

• Proven experience coordinating Agile delivery across multiple teams.

• Experience supporting go-to-market planning, customer onboarding, or product enablement.
