Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish a clear product vision in collaboration with founders and technical leaders.

• Convert customer requirements and technical capabilities into prioritized product features.

• Enhance the interconnected customer journey across various platforms, evaluations, training, deployment, and tracking.

• Collaborate with teams focused on Model Factory, inference, and sandbox environments.

• Engage directly with customers and internal researchers to pinpoint challenges and test innovative solutions.

• Transform valuable experiments into reliable product functionalities.

• Develop prototypes and detailed product specifications.

• Take part in design reviews and collaborative sessions with engineering teams.

• Assess the time required to achieve the first useful outcome, track repeat usage, gauge production adoption, and identify customer support requirements.

• Leverage product insights to refine the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and scaling a technical product utilized by a wide audience in production.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while maintaining a hands-on approach.

• Technical proficiency to create prototypes, interact with APIs, and evaluate system trade-offs with engineers.

• Required experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or machine learning platforms.

• A strong focus on product usability and the simplification of user experiences.

• Design engineering experience is considered a significant advantage.

• Capability to learn directly from customers and communicate effectively in writing.

• Skill in translating vague challenges into actionable next steps.

• A genuine passion for advancing open superintelligence.

• Useful domain expertise includes training, inference, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, continual learning, and/or evaluation systems.
