Product Lead, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize customer challenges that can be addressed by other agentic products.

• Collaborate with the CTO to lead customer discovery initiatives.

• Develop a deep understanding of buyer requirements, user workflows, and barriers to adoption.

• Create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variations utilizing AI-assisted design and coding tools.

• Conduct tests of concepts with customers and refine the experience, scope, and value proposition based on their feedback.

• Establish product requirements and work with engineering to transform validated prototypes into dependable, production-ready offerings.

• Shape the packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and go-to-market strategy in conjunction with sales and the broader team.

• Design experiences that clarify agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight.

• Balance customer-specific demands with reusable capabilities and standardized products.

• Define success metrics related to customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue.

• Utilize results to inform product iterations.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO, Sales Lead, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the concept-to-launch process.

• Assist in defining a new product category, customer experience, and commercial model for the agent economy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or a related field.

• Proven track record of guiding new products from ambiguous opportunities to customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.

• Experience in a startup or similarly entrepreneurial environment with direct responsibility for building and shipping under uncertainty.

• Strong skills in prototyping.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools for building and iterating on functional experiences.

• Experience in directly engaging with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales discussions.

• Commercial acumen, including involvement in packaging, pricing, positioning, or go-to-market decisions.

• Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technologies accessible without obscuring vital controls or constraints.

• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and transitioning from prototype to production.

• A hands-on working style with the capability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales teams.

• Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products is a plus.

• Familiarity with agent permissions, approval processes, auditability, or mechanisms that help businesses manage automated actions is a plus.

• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, educational credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
