Senior AI Engineer, Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify potential in runbooks and architecture for AI agents to enhance Onboarding, Quality Gates, and the end-customer experience.

• Design and develop AI agents, establishing human oversight protocols at every stage.

• Organize the integration of insights from each completed deployment into runbooks and learning paths autonomously.

• Utilize the Wynxx tool to support and expedite the team's documentation efforts.

• Document agent functionalities to ensure a smooth transition to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing agents or automations utilizing generative AI for business applications.

• Familiarity with enterprise LLMs, including Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

• Proficient in Prompt Engineering.

• Experience in automating processes while implementing quality controls and human oversight.

• Understanding of the Pismo platform or implementation methodologies in the financial services sector.

• Background with AI agents tailored for training or customer service support.
