Product Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage the development of both new and existing Salesforce products and assets.

• Supervise strategic tools related to Salesforce implementation services.

• Collaborate with Claude, Codex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, Apex, and various other Salesforce features.

• Oversee hands-on solution design, proofs of concept, development, and testing processes.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and ongoing success.

• Work closely with product owners, product engineering leads, and product developers to assess market demand, prioritize tasks, and align on scalable solution designs.

• Lead strategic decisions regarding architecture, packaging, and DevOps.

• Offer technical oversight and support for the development of products, assets, and tools.

• Mentor the team in the effective usage of AI tooling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.

• Knowledge of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and limitations.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate problems and solutions in both business and technical contexts.

• Experience in a managerial role overseeing technical resources.

• Familiarity with integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Experience with Salesforce managed packages and AppExchange submission is advantageous.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.

• Background in Digital Channel or Contact Center applications is a plus.

• Experience with AWS development is also a plus.
