This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the technical leader for the development of tools, assets, and products within the Salesforce navigator and product teams.
• Supervise the development of both new and existing Salesforce products and assets.
• Manage strategic tools aimed at enhancing Salesforce implementation services.
• Collaborate with Claude, Codex, and various Salesforce features, including Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, and Apex.
• Direct hands-on solution design, proof of concept creation, development, and testing processes.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and ongoing success.
• Work closely with product owners, product engineering leaders, and product developers.
• Assess market demand, prioritize tasks, and finalize design details for scalable solutions.
• Lead strategic decisions regarding architecture, packaging, and DevOps practices.
• Offer technical guidance and oversight on AI tooling initiatives.
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to define problems and propose solutions in both business and technical contexts.
• Proven experience in managing technical resources effectively.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice is advantageous.
• Background in Salesforce managed packages and Salesforce AppExchange submission is a plus.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with Digital Channel or Contact Center applications is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AWS development is a plus.
