Product Engineer, SME – Source-to-Pay, Ivalua

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ivalua across the Source-to-Pay platform.

• Offer insights on best practices, architecture, and solution design for Ivalua.

• Assess and approve solution designs for scalability, compliance, and maintainability.

• Convert business stakeholder needs into effective Ivalua solutions.

• Set up Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing modules.

• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate functional and technical challenges.

• Assist in release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.

• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

• Engage in design reviews, defect management, and release evaluations.

• Ensure successful deployment and stabilization post-production.

• Mentor and develop team members on Ivalua solutions and best practices.

• Facilitate onboarding through solution walkthroughs and training sessions.

• Maintain both technical and functional documentation.

• Promote continuous improvement in development, configuration, and release processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of practical Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience.

• 5-10 years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation.

• Ivalua L3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration).

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge.

• Extensive experience in Ivalua Functional Configuration.

• Strong background in Ivalua Technical Configuration.

• Familiarity with APIs, EAI, and ETL integrations.

• Proficient in Advanced SQL.

• Knowledge of Release Management.

• Understanding of SDLC methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a global remote setting.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.

• Must align with the client's business calendar and holidays.

• Preferred: Ivalua L3 SQL Certification; familiarity with DevOps, Scrum, and Agile methodologies; experience in software or product release management; knowledge of AI and Machine Learning; expertise in data analytics and reporting tools; understanding of Oracle databases and multi-tier architectures; awareness of UI/UX best practices.
