Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the ElevenAPI dashboard to enable developers to manage integrations effectively and gain insights into application and agent usage.

• Optimize the onboarding process, including API key generation, agent configuration, and achieving a successful initial integration.

• Design and implement experiments aimed at boosting activation rates, API key generation, and self-service subscriptions.

• Utilize the findings from experiments to inform product modifications.

• Take ownership of features from the initial discovery and design phase through frontend and backend development, deployment, and iterative improvements.

• Collaborate closely with the team and engage directly with users to gather insights.

• Opportunity for growth into technical and team leadership roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient full-stack engineering expertise, with a focus on frontend development and backend services, including APIs.

• Strong product insight and a keen eye for user experience.

• Proven experience in simplifying complex workflows for developers.

• Familiarity with utilizing user feedback, product analytics, and experimentation to prioritize tasks and enhance measurable outcomes.

• Ability to work independently with end-to-end ownership and maintain clear communication.

• Passion for developer tools and enhancing the developer experience.

• Experience in developing products aimed at developers, creating API dashboards, or designing onboarding processes is highly regarded.

• Previous experience in technical or team leadership is advantageous.

• Experience in generative audio is not mandatory.

• Must be located in a country or region that qualifies as per the remote work arrangement and application requirements.
