This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transition features from user challenges to production using Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase/Postgres.

• Create specifications, guide AI coding agents, and assess their output for accuracy, user experience, and quality.

• Track logs, errors, and user interactions post-launch; resolve any issues.

• Collaborate closely with the founders and the engineering team.

• Enhance infrastructure, tools, and integrations.

• Engage in a business-hours on-call rotation for one week at a time.

• Execute multiple merges and deployments each week.

• Ensure features undergo testing, manage edge cases, and account for side effects.

• Offer clear and proactive asynchronous updates.

• Document decisions, recognize errors, and rectify them promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately one year of experience within a genuine engineering team; includes apprenticeships, rotational programs, contract positions, or internships.

• Regular use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.

• Ability to critically assess the output from AI coding agents.

• Experience delivering a product that users have engaged with, whether professionally or independently.

• Capacity to articulate the rationale behind completed work.

• Quick learner with a positive, constructive approach.

• Evidence of building a live product or similar challenging project.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Comfortable working asynchronously.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not require visa sponsorship.

• Preferred qualifications: experience in a big-tech apprenticeship, rotational program, or contract position; background in startups or early-stage companies; familiarity with Next.js, React, Supabase/PostgreSQL; participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or side projects with real users.
