Product Development – Packaging Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create innovative consumer products for Amazon and various e-commerce platforms.

• Design packaging, layouts, labels, inserts, and product graphics.

• Develop comprehensive product specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers.

• Formulate specifications for home goods, textiles, apparel, and other consumer items.

• Convert product concepts and references into clear instructions for the factory.

• Evaluate samples and refine design, color, material, sizing, and construction details.

• Prepare and organize artwork, dielines, tech packs, and production documentation.

• Collaborate with partners in product development, sourcing, and manufacturing.

• Ensure that products and packaging are visually cohesive, functional, and optimized for e-commerce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product development, production design, packaging, or consumer goods.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience in creating packaging artwork and producing print-ready files.

• Capable of generating detailed product specifications, tech packs, or factory-ready documents.

• Strong grasp of color, typography, layout, materials, and product presentation.

• Comfortable handling physical products, measurements, samples, and revisions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple products at once.

• Experience with Amazon or e-commerce products is a significant advantage.

• Background in home goods, textiles, apparel, accessories, or related consumer products is beneficial.
