This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Validate the project scope and client specifications.

• Assess project data requirements early to reduce delays.

• Transform project ideas into technical civil plans and documentation.

• Create both conceptual and detailed civil design drawings, reports, and calculations.

• Ensure adherence to Civil Works Engineers’ Business Management Systems.

• Follow environmental and WH&S regulations.

• Enhance project efficiency through proactive communication and quality-driven workflows.

• Collaborate closely with the offshore engineering team and assist the onshore engineering team on various small-to-medium-scale private development projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Experience in civil works projects, including stormwater management.

• Capability to produce drafting/design drawings and specifications for earthworks, sediment & erosion control, geometric road and parking lot design, flexible and rigid pavement designs, stormwater drainage systems, sewer reticulation, and water reticulation.

• Excellent attention to detail and drafting precision.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proactive and adaptable approach to tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Australian standards is preferred but not essential.
