Product Designer – Partnerships and Brand Experience

📋 Description

• Oversee a key segment of the product experience and take responsibility for business results.

• Perform user research and conduct light testing to define and prioritize product initiatives.

• Convert visionary ideas into persuasive business and product proposals.

• Obtain resources and guide execution with well-defined success metrics.

• Advocate for comprehensive insights and learnings in conjunction with conventional metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, engineers, designers, data specialists, and applied scientists to brainstorm, prioritize, and implement solutions.

• Facilitate coordination across teams to guarantee project comprehension and alignment.

• Propel high-impact projects from inception to maturity.

• Phase out or eliminate initiatives that fail to meet success benchmarks.

• Develop interactive demonstrations and motion-rich experiences for partners.

• Enhance motion and brand artistry in live product interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Go-to-Market Operations, Product, and Brand teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product design.

• A combination of agency and in-house product design experience.

• A strong portfolio is essential.

• Proficient in advanced Figma prototyping, ranging from low-fidelity flows to high-fidelity experiences featuring motion and interaction.

• Experience in crafting refined micro-interactions, transitions, and animations.

• Ability to translate brand systems into product experiences through motion, iconography, and UI refinement.

• Knowledge of technical feasibility.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Excellent communication and visual storytelling abilities.

• Portfolio must showcase relevant work examples.
