This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create intricate tools for trading, risk management, operations, data analysis, and other internal teams.

• Take full responsibility for product design, encompassing everything from grasping workflows and requirements to final design, validation, and iteration.

• Collaborate directly with traders, operators, and other users who interact with these tools on a daily basis.

• Develop and enhance a scalable design system for back-office products.

• Utilize existing component libraries and frameworks, modifying and expanding them as necessary.

• Deliver results promptly without sacrificing usability, consistency, or quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing complex, data-intensive products such as back-office systems, administrative tools, dashboards, trading platforms, or similar applications.

• Deep understanding of design systems, component architecture, and design tokens.

• Capability to streamline complex workflows and manage large volumes of information.

• Strong product-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams.

• Capacity to take initiative and make practical design decisions without introducing unnecessary complexity.

• Familiarity with sports and sports betting is highly advantageous.

• Prior experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
