Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Design innovative software features and enhancements that align with business objectives.

• Take ownership of feature design from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.

• Transform unclear problems into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.

• Work together with other designers to improve design quality and ensure product consistency.

• Contribute to and maintain the Design System.

• Balance the need for speed and design quality when determining what to release.

• Collaborate across functions with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Perform additional tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing user interfaces/experiences for a SaaS company.

• Experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Software Support, or Software Development.

• Proven experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile setting.

• Familiarity with visual design principles and information architecture to create user-friendly interfaces.

• Proficient in utilizing tools like Figma for design and prototyping.

• Experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems.

• Background in collaborating with product management and engineering teams to deliver features to the market.

• A portfolio showcasing a solid UX process and refined visual execution.

• Comfortable working in a fully remote team with strong asynchronous communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic/Software Design, or Fine Art is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
