Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create onboarding and activation flows for new users

• Develop experiences for campaign discovery and participation

• Design interfaces for payouts and earnings

• Establish setups, tracking, and reporting for brand campaigns

• Work on dashboards, data tables, filters, and status views

• Refine the design system and document components

• Set standards for engineering handoff and Figma file organization

• Influence key product flows and elevate design quality

• Collaborate closely with the Founder, Product Manager, and engineers to translate product direction into delivered features

• Apply UI fixes and frontend components within the codebase

• Engage in screening interviews, test assignments, deep dives into test assignments, and part-time trials

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI

• A portfolio showcasing real digital product work, including essential product flows

• Expertise in designing customer-facing B2C and/or B2B products

• Proficient in Figma

• Strong understanding of interaction and UX principles

• Proven track record of shipping code using HTML, CSS/Tailwind, and JavaScript/React

• Familiarity with Git workflows

• Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate asynchronously

• Bonus: Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform products, data-intensive interfaces, or having served as the sole designer at an early-stage startup
