This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Establish and implement long-term strategies for compliance and cloud assurance.
• Guarantee effective access to regional markets and ensure regulatory preparedness.
• Promote standardization, automation, and governance across on-premise, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Spearhead AI and intelligent workflow projects to scale compliance operations, minimize manual tasks, and improve audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to enhance execution and eliminate obstacles.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance program maturity.
• Lead strategy, operational scale, and cross-functional execution for the global Splunk compliance portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management.
• More than 3 years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects within cloud or enterprise technology settings.
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR.
• Proven ability to build scalable frameworks and influence executives across functions.
• Experience in overcoming complex challenges to deliver business outcomes.
• Skilled in operating within dynamic, matrixed environments.
• Analytical proficiency in using metrics and automation to achieve scalable results.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with technical engineering teams and executive leadership.
