Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for product initiatives: identify the issue, create prototypes, launch to production, and refine based on user feedback.

• Develop AI-native features and co-pilot experiences as essential components of the product.

• Make engineering choices regarding the models and infrastructure that support AI products.

• Utilize Claude, Cursor, and Lovable to enhance delivery speed and establish AI development standards.

• Create reusable AI development methodologies for other teams.

• Design and implement systems related to product-led growth, onboarding automation, multi-property business intelligence, and AI-driven workflows.

• Establish reusable patterns and frameworks to expedite the work of other engineers.

• Mentor engineers who are advancing in this area.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least seven years of experience delivering customer-facing software with demonstrable business results, including large-scale projects across various functions, systems, or product domains.

• Practical experience in building AI-driven products or systems utilizing modern tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or emerging agent frameworks.

• Adequate understanding of the foundational AI models to make informed engineering choices.

• AI Fluency Level 4, or comparable hands-on experience in launching products where AI is a fundamental architectural element.

• Strong product intuition and experience functioning without a dedicated Product Manager or Designer.

• Effective and straightforward communication with a proven ability to influence strategic direction across different functions.

• Experience in a startup, founder, or scale-up environment (desirable).

• Capability to define and execute product strategy independently without top-down guidance (desirable).
