Product Analytics Chapter Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders within the Growth & Activation product stream.

• Establish priorities and pinpoint significant issues to address.

• Provide recommendations and highlight opportunities for the business.

• Define activation, funnel, and product metrics while ensuring consistent measurement.

• Design experiments that include hypotheses, primary metrics, audience segments, durations, and interpretation of results.

• Automate workflows for experimentation.

• Develop scalable testing infrastructure utilizing either external tools or internal solutions.

• Create product analytics practices and experimentation standards from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive product analytics experience from start to finish, influencing roadmap decisions.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Confident in using Python.

• Strong understanding of experimentation and causal analysis methods.

• Experience in selecting or developing tools for testing and metrics.

• Regular utilization of AI tools.

• Focus on stakeholder collaboration rather than merely executing tickets.

• Proactive in identifying issues and forming hypotheses.

• Capable of structuring ambiguous problems and articulating reasoning to both product and business audiences.

• Proficient in English at C1 level or higher.

• Nice to have: experience in building product analytics from the ground up.

• Nice to have: familiarity with low conversion volumes, such as B2B, lengthy sales cycles, or small sample sizes.
