This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Assist in enhancing product measurement and instrumentation frameworks and systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering to establish and uphold event taxonomy, tracking standards, and ensure instrumentation quality.
• Create and manage scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
• Define and document clear metric definitions as a unified source of truth.
• Enhance how and what the organization measures as the product progresses.
• Utilize AI to derive insights and recommendations from product signals.
• Operate within the product analytics stack, including Mixpanel, Segment, and Looker, to guarantee accurate and accessible reporting.
• Develop and maintain dbt models for core product entities and behaviors.
• Contribute to a clean and usable metric layer for business stakeholders.
• Organize and analyze Voice of the Customer inputs, such as support, churn, NPS, sales feedback, and customer interviews.
• Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, documentation, and automation.
• Produce regular product analytics reports on adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Present analytics summaries to business stakeholders and executives, highlighting findings and suggestions.
• Examine relationships between product behavior, revenue, and retention outcomes.
• Facilitate automated reporting and AI-assisted workflows while preserving metric integrity.
• Automate insights and reporting, making them self-service through emerging AI techniques.
• Assist product teams in leveraging analytics to assess feature performance and inform roadmap and investment decisions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product analytics or related fields.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
• Practical knowledge of how AI is transforming analytics workflows.
• Experience utilizing AI to expedite insight generation, documentation, and distribution.
• Understanding of AI guardrails, trust, and safe operationalization practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build systems that scale across various groups.
• Strong capability to prioritize, structure problems, and execute independently while collaborating across teams.
• Experience in presenting analyses to product managers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency is required.
• Familiarity with event-based analytics.
• Experience with Mixpanel or similar analytical tools.
• Knowledge of Looker or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with Segment or similar tools.
• Experience with dbt.
• Exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), FinOps/cloud cost management, and concepts related to enterprise SaaS companies is preferred.
