This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and evaluate compliance and compensation transactions and processes for Employee Benefits, Individual Disability Insurance, Annuities, and Retirement Plans.

• Review and authorize contracting applications.

• Ensure the precise and prompt processing of producer compensation across various source systems.

• Act as a resource for producer compliance and compensation administration matters and process enhancements.

• Serve as the primary contact for producer licensing and compensation inquiries.

• Submit exception requests for contract applications and/or commission structures that do not meet established qualifications.

• Address customer service inquiries through the 800 line and email alias.

• Manage relationships with both internal and external customers through negotiation, effective communication, and problem-solving.

• Provide cross-training to current staff and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.

• Engage in special projects, assignments, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.

• Specialized coursework and/or training in insurance or risk management is preferred.

• A background in insurance is preferred.

• 0–4 years of relevant work experience, focusing on contracts, accounting, customer service, and/or insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Capability to calculate complex commission arrangements utilizing mathematical and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.

• FLMI or ACS professional certification is preferred.
