This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute global and regional sourcing strategies for designated Corporate Services categories.

• Establish and maintain supplier relationships to guarantee cost efficiency and service advantages.

• Negotiate and create effective supplier contract agreements.

• Ensure suppliers adhere to competitive pricing, high quality, and best-in-class service standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate procurement strategies, sourcing guidelines, and processes.

• Lead intricate, high-value projects and initiatives that have significant corporate implications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution OR a High School Diploma from an accredited establishment along with substantial experience in Strategic Sourcing.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal within a private, public, government, or military context.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with Corporate Services supplier markets.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.

• Solid business, contract language, and financial understanding.

• Additional qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, and/or French is a plus.
