📋 Description

• Formulate and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals

• Lead the processes of sourcing, selecting suppliers, and conducting contract negotiations

• Initiate and oversee cost reduction and value enhancement projects

• Manage supplier performance, associated risks, and relationships

• Ensure that procurement operations adhere to governance and policy standards

• Provide comprehensive spend analysis and procurement reporting

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning efforts

• Oversee office management, facilities, and workplace operations

• Manage leases for office and facilities, including renewals, negotiations, contractual obligations, costs, and ongoing relationship management with landlords and service providers

• Coordinate facilities requirements and workplace-related projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers

⛳️ Requirements

• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) and/or PRINCE2 or APM Project Management certifications

• Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance or Accounting, or Commercial Management

• Strong skills in commercial negotiation

• Proven experience in managing strategic suppliers and contracts

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with a solid financial understanding

• Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
