This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors regarding pricing, quality, and delivery conditions.

• Generate purchase orders and oversee the fulfillment of orders.

• Foster relationships with current suppliers while seeking new sourcing opportunities.

• Perform cost analyses and assist in initiatives aimed at cost reduction.

• Ensure that procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain and manage procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding purchasing needs and timelines.

• Organize inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouses.

• Track shipment timelines and address any delivery issues or delays.

• Oversee inventory levels to meet operational demands.

• Prepare and review shipping documents, customs paperwork, and delivery records.

• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to guarantee accurate stock movements.

• Assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting activities.

• Ensure compliance with both local and international shipping regulations.

• Maintain precise procurement and logistics data in ERP or inventory management systems.

• Generate reports on purchasing, inventory, and logistics performance.

• Track supplier KPIs and assess logistics service performance.

• Provide support for audits and initiatives aimed at process improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Background in IT hardware, electronics, or a related field.

• Experience in procurement sourcing, inventory management, and shipping documentation.

• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Familiarity with import/export processes and Incoterms.

• Strong negotiation skills (pricing & quotation) and vendor management capabilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
