Procurement Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete spot purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiation, issuance of purchase orders, and tracking.

• Promptly address ad hoc requests from internal teams according to established SLAs.

• Gather quotes from various suppliers to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio.

• Negotiate lead times, commercial terms, and pricing.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers throughout the delivery process.

• Evaluate commercial proposals and supplier documentation.

• Manage KPIs related to the Spot Procurement portfolio, focusing on SLA compliance, generated savings, and average response times.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and enhancements in processes.

• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and standards.

• Facilitate daily operational oversight, task distribution, and mentorship for the team’s junior apprentices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related area.

• Practical experience using ERP systems, such as SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, Oracle, Sinqia, or comparable platforms.

• Experience in entering purchase orders and reviewing/validating invoices for services and products.

• Prior procurement experience, especially in operational and spot purchasing roles.

• Understanding of sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management processes.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with procurement metrics and KPIs.

• Background in a fintech or payment institution.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Additional training or education in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus.
