This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Gather, process, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

• Create and manage dashboards, management reports, and key performance indicators.

• Automate processes for data updating and consolidation.

• Assist internal stakeholders in understanding data and identifying areas for enhancement.

• Structure databases while ensuring the quality and reliability of information.

• Prepare analytical reports, executive presentations, and strategic documents.

• Assess business requirements and recommend BI and analytics solutions.

• Track operational, financial, and productivity KPIs.

• Aid in data governance and standardization initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing improvement and digital transformation projects.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A postgraduate degree or specialization in BI, Analytics, Data Science, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Power BI.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• More than 6 months of service as an educator is required for internal applications.

• At least 6 months must have passed since the most recent internal transfer or job change.

• Not currently involved in another internal recruitment process.

• Manager must be informed of the internal job application.

• Application must be submitted by the specified deadline.

• 100% remote work.

• Remote working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:12 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
