This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide support for global operations, taking primary responsibility for projects within Texas.
• Supervise and collaborate with cross-functional teams during the initial setup and configuration of new projects.
• Customize Procore tools and workflows to meet specific project needs.
• Aid in the integration of Procore with other enterprise software solutions.
• Offer ongoing technical assistance to Procore users, focusing primarily on team members in Texas.
• Develop and enhance training programs and materials.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing educational training sessions.
• Create, update, and maintain user manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor system performance and address technical issues as they arise.
• Evaluate Procore releases, suggest implementation strategies, and manage testing and rollout planning.
• Uphold enterprise standards for naming conventions, permissions, templates, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and minimize manual efforts in collaboration with administrators, project managers, site supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Document and establish user standards based on business requirements.
• Generate custom reports, analyze project data, and produce insights for leadership.
• Track usage metrics and promote increased platform adoption.
• Ensure that platform activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain data consistency and monitor user compliance.
• Manage and audit user access and permissions effectively.
• Configure and sustain Procore settings for company-wide workflows and cross-instance alignment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Be present at work during standard business hours.
• Demonstrated experience as a Procore System Administrator, overseeing enterprise-level configurations and customizations, data integrity, and user access management.
• Practical experience with Procore throughout the entire construction project lifecycle, ideally with a background as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer, or in a comparable delivery role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction project processes, operational workflows, standard documentation practices, and regulatory compliance mandates.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the proficiency to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system challenges.
• Experience in managing enterprise software integrations and implementing custom module configurations.
• Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to design training course structures for administrative purposes, develop user documentation, lead training sessions, and mentor users.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven; capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Procore Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
