Process Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP and Director of Business Excellence on initiatives and projects aimed at achieving business excellence.

• Work across all business areas to improve company performance and effectiveness.

• Assess market and branch operations to discover opportunities for performance enhancement or optimization.

• Implement strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth vision, optimizing business results and returns, including fleet mix, customer mix, and contract mix.

• Provide strategic support to leadership while constructively challenging existing assumptions and business practices.

• Evaluate potential new markets for expansion and coordinate market-entry strategies with senior and regional leadership.

• Facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coach branch leadership and team members to boost performance and foster sustainable change.

• Analyze performance trends to pinpoint areas needing improvement.

• Identify, document, and support the implementation of best practices.

• Develop and deliver presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and improvement plans.

• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes and create practical, sustainable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• No specific degree is necessary.

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma is preferred.

• Ability to implement innovative business strategies.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively with teams without direct reporting authority.

• Excellent planning and time-management capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to meet established performance, productivity, and efficiency standards.

• Ability to influence others and lead organizational change.

• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to influence, coach, and develop others.
