This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Examine PSC workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement

• Assess and quantify opportunities for automation and digital transformation

• Offer data-driven insights into workflow design, automation needs, and prioritization

• Collaborate with Systems and HCM teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements

• Track process and automation modifications to facilitate ongoing improvements

• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations

• Establish and refine KPIs that align with business objectives

• Provide succinct reports for leadership decision-making

• Collaborate with Systems, HCM, Digital, and Strategic Program teams on projects and reporting

• Act as a trusted advisor regarding process performance and essential metrics

• Create high-level process overviews and metrics mapping

• Evaluate current and target-state performance using data

• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, PSC, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or process enhancement

• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI

• Experience working in cross-functional settings, preferably within PSC or People Operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Capability to translate data into clear, executive-level insights

• Familiarity with HR systems like Workday and associated data structures

• Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma

• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct ownership

• Capacity to work independently and demonstrate proven competency
