RPA Developer – Blue Prism

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and improve automation solutions utilizing Blue Prism.

• Evaluate processes to uncover opportunities for automation.

• Create RPA workflows adhering to best practices regarding architecture, reusability, and maintainability.

• Develop and manage Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, and reusable components within Blue Prism.

• Seamlessly integrate automations with web systems, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and files.

• Establish exception handling, logging, retries, and recovery procedures.

• Conduct unit and integration testing while providing support for user acceptance testing.

• Investigate and resolve incidents related to robots operating in production.

• Oversee execution monitoring and assist with root-cause analysis of failures.

• Create and uphold technical documentation.

• Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, security, and technology teams.

• Engage in backlog refinement and provide technical estimates.

• Suggest robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing automations using Blue Prism.

• Familiarity with the core components and concepts of the Blue Prism platform.

• Experience in developing and maintaining RPA processes within a corporate setting.

• Understanding of exception handling and process recovery approaches.

• Proficiency with Work Queues and transactional processing.

• Knowledge of integrations with web and/or desktop applications.

• Experience in consuming and integrating with REST APIs.

• Familiarity with databases.

• Background in version control, documentation, and development best practices.

• Strong analytical skills and capability in troubleshooting automation issues.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

• Preferred: experience in large-scale and/or high-volume RPA environments, Blue Prism Control Room, reusable components, SAP, legacy applications, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle or similar databases, Git, CI/CD, Scrum/Kanban, observability, monitoring, production robot support, retail, and Blue Prism certifications.
