ESG Consulting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively and professionally communicate with clients

• Assist project managers during client meetings

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs and maintain client satisfaction

• Create GHG inventories, establish science-based targets, develop emissions reduction strategies, and produce related technical project outputs

• Perform materiality assessments, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability strategy development

• Aid clients in aligning with CSRD, SEC, IFRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other sustainability reporting frameworks or regulatory standards

• Collaborate with technical and project management personnel

• Produce high-quality deliverables and complete tasks efficiently to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

• Keep abreast of trends, regulations, and technical standards in sustainability and ESG reporting

• Assist project leads in fulfilling quality scopes of work punctually and within budget

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline, along with 4+ years of relevant work experience

• At least 1 year of experience in sustainability, energy management, engineering, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience in conducting technical assessments, including greenhouse gas inventories

• Complete fluency in English with professional experience in both written and verbal communication

• Strong communication skills, encompassing report writing and oral presentations

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Outstanding analytical skills and proficiency in working with data

• Competent in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management tools

• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork orientation

• Initiative, good judgment, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Master’s Degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
