Pro Serv Tech Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Launch WordPress websites.

• Troubleshoot email-related issues.

• Install and resolve SSL problems.

• Manage DNS modification requests.

• Conduct basic website troubleshooting, addressing critical errors, builder/theme challenges, and plugin updates.

• Oversee website services to ensure seamless online experiences for customers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, capable problem solver, and adaptable.

• Committed, organized, and collaborative team player.

• Proficient in HTML and CSS.

• Basic knowledge of cPanel, SSL, Domain, DNS, and Email.

• Experienced with WordPress and its plugins.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.

• Familiarity with PHP and phpMyAdmin is advantageous.

• FTP experience is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Linux command line, WPCLI, and Bash is a plus.

• A college or university degree in a technology-related field along with 2-3 years of professional experience is preferred.
