Pro Bono Counsel, Access to Justice Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze legal assessments generated by AI.

• Review scenarios related to housing, family, consumer issues, foreclosure, and debt.

• Evaluate legal rationale and procedural advice.

• Detect legal inaccuracies and considerations related to access to justice.

• Provide organized written evaluations.

• Utilize extensive civil legal knowledge to enhance AI research and improve models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Current admission to the U.S. bar.

• Experience in managing or engaging with pro bono legal initiatives.

• Strong foundation in civil legal practice.

• Exceptional skills in legal writing and analysis.

• Background in assessing housing, family, consumer, foreclosure, and debt scenarios.

• Preferred: Experience as Pro Bono Counsel or Pro Bono Partner.

• Preferred: Experience in coordinating legal clinics or overseeing volunteer attorneys.

• Preferred: Proficiency across various civil legal practice areas.

• Preferred: Familiarity with legal technology or AI applications.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
