This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate study protocols for the studies assigned to you.
• Ensure that source-document data is accurately represented on electronic or paper Case Report Forms.
• Monitor the source documents organized within subject folders.
• Assist in reconciling study records for archival purposes.
• Identify and communicate issues or potential concerns to the supervisor.
• Request, organize, and participate in mandatory training sessions.
• Operate under the general supervision and direction of the Senior Manager, Study Conduct.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to comprehend complex written and oral instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with applications for business correspondence and electronic Case Report Form data entry.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Some understanding of the clinical research process, including Good Clinical Practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree, preferably in Life Sciences or Health, along with experience in a phase I clinical setting.
• Preferred: Experience or coursework in the health field.
