This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Focus on sales and work in conjunction with Ownership Teams.
• Oversee account relationships while delivering expertise on HP’s products and services, including software solutions.
• Meet sales targets and create proposals.
• Acquire new clients and ensure seamless client transitions.
• Recognize and pursue growth opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Pursuit resources to identify, secure, adopt, expand, renew, and finalize opportunities.
• Manage Print-focused sales activities that align with an overarching account strategy and work with Account Executives on Route to Market decisions, including dMPS, iMPS, or transactional approaches.
• Build effective relationships with key print-focused channel partners to enhance the sales pipeline.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management while achieving sales quotas.
• Establish professional, working, and consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives for mid-to-large accounts.
• Independently cultivate pipeline for HP’s Print/Solutions offerings.
• Qualify, document, and update opportunities and strategies throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the account sales lead to ensure accurate pipeline sizing, tracking, and visibility.
• Work with Customer Success and other post-sales teams to facilitate timely implementation and effective adoption of HP solutions.
• Conduct handover meetings with clients for contractual agreements.
• Assist in the preparation of Account Plans (SAR), QBR, VAS, and presentation materials for solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 to 10+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and fostering business growth.
• Proven experience in managing sales processes and cultivating customer relationships.
• Strong grasp of market trends and the ability to convert insights into business opportunities.
• Experience in navigating complex organizational structures to uncover and leverage growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in IT strategy and managed services.
• Strong business management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Effective leadership communication and the ability to navigate complex organizational frameworks.
• Flexibility in adapting to new business capabilities and emerging trends.
• Advanced negotiation skills and expertise in closing deals.
• Candidates should reside in California, Washington DC, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Pennsylvania.
