This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of print, mailing, fulfillment, and alternative-format projects, from initiation to final delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings, discussions on requirements, status updates, and resolutions of issues.
• Collect and clarify client needs, converting them into scopes, production specifications, workflow requirements, acceptance criteria, and documented transitions.
• Create and uphold project timelines, budgets, estimates, production plans, and delivery milestones.
• Track project financials, timelines, risks, and performance indicators.
• Manage coordination with printing, mailing, fulfillment, and accessibility vendors, ensuring clarity on ownership, dependencies, service levels, proofing processes, and delivery specifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors to define, test, and implement intake configurations, production workflows, data exchanges, and technical specifications.
• Supervise proofing and approval workflows alongside Quality and subject-matter experts.
• Monitor vendor performance, project quality, turnaround times, and adherence to budgets.
• Update clients and internal leaders on progress and potential risks.
• Address project, production, and vendor challenges, implement corrective measures, and escalate technical or compliance risks as necessary.
• Develop and sustain project procedures, workflows, playbooks, and documentation of best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management within print production, mailing services, fulfillment, marketing production, or a related service domain.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client-facing projects that involve multiple vendors, internal teams, budgets, schedules, and conflicting priorities.
• Proficient in professional English, capable of leading meetings, clarifying requirements, providing updates, and handling challenging conversations with clients or vendors.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into clear operational or technical specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the capability to coordinate system configurations, production workflows, process implementations, and structured data exchanges with subject-matter experts.
• Experience in preparing estimates or budgets, monitoring project financials, and proactively identifying risks related to costs, timelines, and deliveries.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort with using project tracking or workflow platforms.
• Availability to work full-time on a schedule that corresponds with New York business hours.
