This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise enterprise-level training and educational initiatives for Epic billing and claims applications.
• Partner with training and educational personnel to create and sustain the Epic master training environment.
• Oversee the design and implementation of curriculum for Epic professional billing and claims applications.
• Work alongside Professional Billing and Claims Application Managers and Analysts to assess and design workflows.
• Develop and maintain the master training environment while reconciling training user accounts.
• Create and enhance PB and Claims training curriculum in accordance with Epic best practices and Planned Parenthood’s configuration.
• Administer the complete PB and Claims end-user training program, including the identification and deployment of credentialed trainers.
• Track training completion and ensure end users achieve competence in the specified applications.
• Preserve the Epic training curriculum and materials repository.
• Formulate post-go-live educational initiatives for credentialed trainers, superusers, and end users.
• Evaluate new features and functionalities to devise updated training methodologies.
• Report directly to the Epic Training Manager.
• Travel to various facilities as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, training and education, or a related field; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Current certification or Planned Parenthood credentialed status in relevant Epic application(s).
• Previous experience in a revenue cycle-focused position or specialty.
• Prior experience in enterprise training and education.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in training management and curriculum design.
• Experience in managing multiple resource teams during software implementation efforts.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to convey information clearly and succinctly to project leadership and subject matter experts.
• Ability to build trust and foster effective relationships with Epic counterparts.
• Skill in analyzing information from diverse sources, identifying root causes of problems, and developing actionable solutions.
• Awareness of the role of racial inequity in society and its effects on healthcare systems and institutions.
• Must be willing to travel to various facilities.
• Capability to perform sedentary work and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds.
• Preferred: prior experience with Epic, particularly Resolute Professional Billing.
• Preferred: experience in designing and maintaining master training environments.
• Preferred: experience in establishing Epic training programs and curricula from start to finish.
• Preferred: prior experience with Planned Parenthood.
