Principal Trainer, Cadence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Epic Cadence training programs for both providers and staff.

• Develop and update training resources, including tip sheets, job aids, and workflow documentation.

• Conduct virtual and instructor-led training sessions.

• Assist with onboarding processes, continuous education, and optimization efforts.

• Manage and uphold Epic Playground environments for training and testing purposes.

• Leverage Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty for training, reporting, and workflow-related tasks.

• Ensure that training environments are representative of operational workflows and system updates.

• Examine training and operational data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.

• Generate reports and execute advanced spreadsheet analysis using Excel.

• Apply data-driven insights to enhance user adoption, workflow efficiency, and overall performance.

• Collaborate with operational leaders, providers, and IT teams to refine Epic workflows.

• Assist with Epic upgrades, implementations, and optimization projects.

• Offer suggestions to boost efficiency, user experience, and organizational outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Cadence Certification.

• Epic Training Environment Build Certification.

• Experience managing Epic Playground environments.

• Proficiency in using Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty.

• Background in supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization efforts.

• Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations.

• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in creating training materials and workflow documentation.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

• Candidates must reside and work in an approved state at the time of hire and throughout employment.
