Principal Supply Chain Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead and engage in sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews, intake, and planning meetings.

• Create comprehensive business cases by collecting scope inputs, requirements, and desired business outcomes.

• Oversee change management and communication efforts for effective project implementation.

• Collaborate with business sponsors, portfolio leads, and technical teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

• Promote data-driven decision-making to enhance project outcomes and delivery performance.

• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement.

• Utilize ERP systems, tools, and command media to effectively oversee project lifecycles.

• Track and report project progress in relation to organizational goals and timelines.

• Propel strategic initiatives within Supply Chain and Digital Technology teams to streamline processes, boost internal customer satisfaction, enhance delivery performance, and increase profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory; only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information related to this program/contract.

• A security clearance is not required.

• A university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field alongside at least 3 years of experience.

• Familiarity with core supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and related tools.

• Previous experience with standard project management lifecycles.

• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and team collaboration.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Preferred experience with change management processes and methodologies.

• Experience with CORE methodologies and operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with advanced supply chain tools such as Tableau and Power BI is preferred.
