Principal, Strategy – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Abnormal AI's Go-to-Market Strategy team, which supports sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

• Analyze and deconstruct complex business challenges, formulate hypotheses, and leverage AI tools to provide analysis that leads to actionable recommendations.

• Independently create and refine analyses, models, and dashboards.

• Collect data, critically evaluate hypotheses, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop deliverables.

• Deliver presentations of recommendations to senior executives.

• Facilitate cross-functional implementation following recommendations, ensuring context and timelines are upheld while addressing any issues that arise.

• Transition seamlessly between strategy, project management, and hands-on execution roles.

• Mentor analysts and members of the Strategy team in utilizing AI to enhance their productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong self-initiative and agency; capable of independently tackling problems.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents, and analytical agents for modeling and analysis.

• Competent in executing analyst-level data extractions, modeling, and analysis, as well as packaging recommendations for associate-partner level and managing senior stakeholders.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience post-MBA.

• At least 2 years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity, or top-tier technology strategy/business operations, or equivalent proven output.

• MBA from a prestigious business school or a proven track record of promotion in consulting.

• Extensive experience in enterprise technology.

• Proven experience in managing projects and large-scale transformations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for senior business and technical audiences.

• Ability to lead through influence without having formal authority.

• Capable of working with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools is a desirable asset.

• A background in cybersecurity or another rapidly growing SaaS sector is a valuable addition.
