Principal Statistical Programmer

📋 Description

• Oversee daily statistical programming activities, assisting the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Direct the creation and validation of statistical programs for data analysis and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Partner with biostatisticians and clinical teams to establish project requirements and ensure alignment with study goals.

• Supervise the development of programming specifications, documentation, and technical reports for regulatory submissions.

• Offer mentorship and support to junior statistical programmers.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in statistical programming to foster innovation and improve project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in statistical programming, especially within clinical trials and regulatory submissions.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python, along with strong skills in data management and statistical analysis.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.

• A dedication to upholding high standards of quality and compliance in all programming endeavors.
