Principal Specialist, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish collaborative relationships with the client's SOW business owner community.

• Function as a sourcing agent, mediator, negotiator, and SOW author representing the client.

• Manage all procurement requisition activities utilizing a Vendor Management System (VMS).

• Acquire relevant competency knowledge of the program’s SOW services supplier community.

• Deliver program-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier and client SOW business owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• University/Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional and intellectual capability.

• Proven procurement/commercial experience with a career history reflected in customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in effective verbal and written communication.

• Capable of establishing and maintaining productive working relationships.

• Able to work accurately in a detail-oriented environment while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
