This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Offer contractual advice to cross-functional teams to fulfill customer commitments, meet company objectives, and adhere to company policies.

• Represent Raytheon in contractual dealings and establish and nurture customer business relationships.

• Evaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs), create and negotiate proposals and contractual agreements, and manage contract administration.

• Oversee contractual scope and terms to ensure compliance with contract performance.

• Identify, mitigate, and address contractual challenges.

• Promote communication and collaboration with internal and external customer program teams.

• Adhere to standardized corporate procedures and compliance documentation.

• Communicate customer contractual requirements throughout the organization.

• Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers while addressing stakeholder inquiries.

• Operate independently with oversight.

• Conduct contract closeout activities, including material and property disposition, patent reporting, and final invoicing.

• Directly engage with program leadership and take part in business management reviews, including quarterly EAC reviews.

• Negotiate and resolve intricate issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Proficiency in contracts management for U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).

• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information related to this program/contract.

• Experience in preparing and negotiating Sole Source and Competitive Proposals.

• Ability to consistently implement company policies and procedures related to contract management and TINA compliance.

• Capability to manage a high volume of contracts simultaneously, ranging from large multi-year support programs to minor repairs.

• Experience in contract negotiations, execution, and administration, including pricing, Statements of Work, and terms and conditions.

• Understanding of the financial aspects of contracts and risk assessment.

• Ability to juggle routine and complex contract/proposal tasks.

• Experience with direct interaction with external customers.
