This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer contractual guidance to cross-functional teams to fulfill customer obligations, achieve organizational goals, and adhere to company policies.
• Act as Raytheon's representative in contractual dealings and foster customer relationships.
• Evaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and assist in proposal development and negotiations.
• Support the management of contractual agreements and general contract administration.
• Oversee contractual scope and terms to guarantee compliance.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve any contractual challenges.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with both internal and external customer program teams.
• Adhere to standardized corporate procedures and compliance documentation.
• Communicate customer contractual obligations throughout the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers, addressing stakeholder inquiries.
• Work independently with necessary oversight.
• Conduct contract closeout procedures, including material and property disposition, patent reporting, and final invoicing.
• Engage in contract management and collaborate directly with program leadership.
• Assist in business management reviews, including quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews.
• Negotiate and address complex issues.
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in managing U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information related to this program/contract.
• Security clearance is not necessary.
• Experience in preparing and negotiating Sole Source and Competitive Proposals.
• Strong ability to consistently apply company policies and procedures related to contract management and TINA compliance.
• Capacity to handle a high volume of contracts concurrently.
• Background in contract negotiations, execution, and administration, including pricing, Statement of Work, and terms and conditions.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Understanding of the financial aspects of contracts and risk assessment.
• Ability to multitask between routine and complex contract/proposal activities.
