
Principal Solutions Portfolio Lead – Cloud and Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the performance and advancement of Pluralsight’s Cloud and Security solutions, overseeing strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Articulate Pluralsight’s expert perspective on Cloud and Security offerings.
• Create solution products that encompass scope, target audience, challenges, business outcomes, structure, and key milestones.
• Deliver program design to the Curriculum team for the establishment of course-level learning objectives.
• Determine necessary frameworks, messaging, courses, hands-on labs, and program management to achieve customer outcomes.
• Maintain and disseminate a 12–18 month solutions roadmap.
• Innovate new levels, variants, and accelerators in response to shifts in the Cloud and Security market.
• Experiment and refine solution designs through testing and data analysis.
• Oversee solution-level KPIs, including pipeline, win rate, adoption, cohort completion, and overall outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews for the solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales on opportunity strategies, customer logos, competitive positioning, and strategic deals.
• Keep track of changes in technical expertise and translate enterprise skill requirements into portfolio updates.
• Identify and collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop accessible, high-quality learning experiences.
• Represent the solutions area to internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, SMEs, and industry audiences.
• Align content, product, engineering, professional services, and go-to-market teams.
• Leverage data, customer feedback, and learner insights to evaluate performance, pinpoint content gaps, and foster continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and launching packaged solutions within a SaaS or services environment.
• Established history of designing curricula and implementing modern learning methodologies.
• Strong comprehension of structuring learning experiences that yield measurable outcomes for both professional and technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales to shape and secure multi-stakeholder agreements.
• In-depth understanding of the commercial landscape and how content strategy and learning development decisions correlate with revenue growth, customer retention, and enterprise buyer requirements.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong capability for cross-functional collaboration across product management, software engineering, client services, and sales and marketing teams.
• Data-driven decision-making informed by learner outcomes and engagement metrics.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering blended learning programs that integrate on-demand learning, virtual instructor-led training, and structured program management.
• Profound understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity technologies as well as organizational technology adoption.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content creation, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with or supporting enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize market insights into actionable strategies and solution directions.
