This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, execute, and oversee technology learning products in the areas of AI, Data, Cloud, and Security.
• Take ownership of the performance and development of Cloud and Security solutions, including strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market efforts.
• Establish Pluralsight’s expert perspective as the cornerstone of the offerings.
• Develop solution products that encompass audience, addressed issues, business outcomes, structure, and milestones.
• Provide program design input to the Curriculum team to establish course-level learning objectives.
• Identify frameworks, messaging, courses, hands-on labs, and program management necessary for achieving customer outcomes.
• Maintain and share a 12–18 month solutions roadmap connected to shifts in the AI market.
• Test and refine solution design through experimentation and data analysis.
• Manage solution-level benchmarks such as pipeline, win rate, adoption, cohort completion, and outcome metrics.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews for the solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales on opportunity strategy, customer logos, and driven plays; assist with strategic deals.
• Keep track of changes in technical expertise and convert emerging enterprise skill requirements into portfolio updates.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex technical knowledge into easily digestible learning experiences.
• Act as a representative for the solutions area with executives, customers, SMEs, and industry audiences.
• Align content, product, engineering, professional services, and go-to-market teams.
• Utilize data, customer feedback, and learner insights to assess performance, identify content gaps, and drive enhancements.
• Proven experience in defining and launching packaged solutions, rather than just content, within a SaaS or services framework.
• Background in curriculum design and modern learning methodologies.
• Strong comprehension of structuring learning experiences that yield measurable outcomes for both professional and technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales to shape and finalize multi-stakeholder deals.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial landscape and the ability to connect content strategy and learning design to revenue growth, customer retention, and enterprise buyer needs.
• Capability to manage and prioritize several programs at once in a dynamic environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, technical, consulting, and commercial teams.
• Data-informed decision-making based on learner outcomes and engagement metrics.
• Documented experience in designing and delivering blended learning programs that integrate on-demand learning, virtual instructor-led training, and structured program management.
• Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies and their organizational adoption and operationalization.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content development, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting enterprise customers and aligning learning solutions with business objectives.
• Proven ability to convert market insights into actionable strategy and solution direction.
