📋 Description

• Create AI-driven software solutions tailored for Enterprise Quality Engineering.

• Design intelligent applications, AI services, APIs, and modular frameworks.

• Develop and enhance AI agents that boost software testing, quality, and engineering efficiency.

• Construct scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise software systems.

• Integrate AI functionalities into software development and quality engineering practices.

• Assess the latest AI technologies and prototype innovative solutions.

• Offer technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship throughout engineering projects.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, security, and data teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

• Set best practices for AI development, governance, security, and observability.

• Contribute to shaping the long-term AI and quality engineering vision.

• Occasionally visit Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in designing and constructing enterprise software applications, services, or platforms.

• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered software applications in production settings.

• Proficient in building applications utilizing large language models, generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, or contemporary AI orchestration frameworks.

• Strong expertise in software engineering across cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, modern design patterns, and secure software development practices.

• Proven experience in developing scalable enterprise platforms or reusable enterprise capabilities.

• Experience in integrating AI functionalities into enterprise software products, platforms, or engineering workflows.

• Successful track record in innovative, experimentation-focused engineering environments.

• Capability to independently lead complex technical initiatives from concept through to production implementation.

• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, engineering governance, and software lifecycle management.

• Exceptional communication abilities and capacity to influence technical direction across multiple teams.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Reliable home internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Ability to work from a dedicated space without continuous interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
