📋 Description

• Collaborate with product management to develop the product roadmap and validate user stories.

• Create technical specifications for new products and services.

• Lead prototype development to assess design feasibility and validate the use of emerging technologies.

• Grasp the broader context of the technology vision and advise management and product teams on trade-offs that may influence schedules.

• Oversee projects and offer technical guidance and mentorship to scrum team members.

• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure that designs meet user story criteria.

• Align solutions with architectural direction and standards across different teams.

• Address complex technical challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

• Identify areas of technical debt, outline necessary work, and communicate the urgency of ROI.

• Support recruiting initiatives.

• Maintain high-quality technical documentation for code, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 10 years of experience in professional software development disciplines with deep technical skills.

• At least 1 year in a Principal Software Engineering role.

• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture and event-driven architecture.

• Advanced expertise in Ruby on Rails.

• Proficient in utilizing JavaScript frameworks.

• Extensive experience in developing cloud infrastructure applications.

• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

• Experience with NATS.IO, Jetstream, or Kafka is preferred.

• Experience with Go programming language is preferred.

• Core working hours: 2 PM – 11 PM (IST).

• Core working days: Monday – Friday.
