Principal Software Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of customer-facing AI Functions products.

• Design and implement highly scalable distributed platforms on the global Snowflake infrastructure.

• Engage in decision-making processes regarding technical and business matters.

• Collaborate with engineers from various teams to support cross-functional initiatives.

• Ensure the operational readiness of services and uphold commitments to our customers concerning reliability, availability, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 14 years of industry experience in designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems in production environments.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI/ML and the NLP domain.

• Comprehensive understanding of developing end-to-end customer-facing products.

• Solid computer science fundamentals, with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems (Fluency in Python or Java is preferred).

• Familiarity with C, C++, and Go is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and product managers.

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
