This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the designated, high-touch security specialist and primary security contact for assigned clients.
• Work closely with the Account Technical Specialist (ATS) and internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Perform security evaluations, design reviews, and hardening workshops for Citrix clients.
• Create and uphold a prioritized Remediation Roadmap for each client and oversee its implementation.
• Utilize product telemetry to develop and assess customer-facing dashboards.
• Provide reports on security posture, risk mitigation, and month-over-month enhancements, culminating in an annual Security Executive Briefing.
• Offer security-centric educational content, including workshops, threat modeling sessions, and tabletop exercises.
• Participate in webinars and newsletters to disseminate security information widely.
• Coordinate and authorize third-party security services during critical security alerts or customer incidents.
• Deliver actionable security insights to Product and Engineering teams for enhancing core products.
• Over 8 years of experience in a senior, customer-facing technical position (e.g., Security Architect, Principal Consultant, or Senior Solutions Engineer).
• Extensive, demonstrable knowledge in the architecture, security, and hardening of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
• Strong foundational understanding of NetScaler (ADC) architecture, including Gateway, Authentication (nFactor), and WAF.
• Comprehensive, practical knowledge of IT security principles: Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security (firewalls, segmentation), application security, logging/SIEM, and risk management.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to elucidate complex technical risks to both C-level executives and senior engineers.
• Proven track record in managing complex, high-pressure customer scenarios with sound, risk-aware judgment.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations, conferences, training sessions, and internal meetings.
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar) are preferred.
• Advanced expertise in NetScaler, specifically with NetScaler Console Security Advisory and Application Firewall (WAF) is preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Government sectors is preferred.
• Background in delivering tabletop exercises, threat modeling, or security workshops is preferred.
• Familiarity with public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) security and architecture is preferred.
